For your skin eat fish that are full of omega-3 fatty acids such as salmon, herring, mackerel, tuna and sardines. These fishes will give your skin a healthy glow. Omega-3 fatty acids keep the skin supple and moisturized and reduce inflammation.
These fishes are also a great source of vitamin E, which has antioxidant properties and zinc. Zinc is a wound healing mineral that helps get rid of acne and irritations.

Selenium is found in most of these nuts, it is another good source if antioxidant for your skin. Vitamin C has anti aging properties and are abundant in nuts. Walnuts are especially beneficial, your skin will stay young for a long time as they can delay skin aging. Walnut oil also has prove to be a wonderful moisturizer.
Additionally, eating a healthy serving of nuts like walnuts, cashews and almonds will, overtime, get of of those dark under eye circles.

3 – Avocado – where is the guacamole?

The Avocado is already known to be another member of the anti aging foods. Avocados are loaded with healthy fats, which are useful to improve the elasticity of your skin. For centuries, it remained a secret , bow now it is not only a favorite in China and other Asian countries, it has not become one of the most sought after drink for millions of people around the globe. Green tea is beneficial to the skin and also a tasty beverage that has catechins and polyphenols.

These are antioxidants that works to fight inflammation and reduce skin redness, they also prevent sun damages to your skin.  In the summer time, green tea can work as an effective sunscreen, but you have to down several cups to keep your skin looking healthy and fight the damaging rays of the sun.

5 – Yogurt and anti aging

Stack up on some good ol’e yogurt, it has lactic acid that will rejuvenate your skin. Best of all, it works as an anti-aging agent and can be used as an exfoliating scrub to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, plus it will leave your skin with a healthy glow.

6 – Honey
